Kuya-Ate Mentorship Initiative

The Kuya-Ate Mentorship Initiative (KAMI) is a program inspired from the cherished Philippine tradition of guidance by elder siblings. The name is derived from the words ‘Kuya’ which stands for ‘big brother’ and ‘Ate’ which stands for ‘big sister’.

Developed by Centennialista, our mission is to provide essential assistance to new students in Centennial College. Through apprenticeship, career coaching, and a safe space for students, we aim to foster personal and professional growth.

If you’re interested in becoming an ‘Ate’ or ‘Kuya’ or seeking mentorship,
